What You'll Do

? Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment efforts
? Assist employees with benefit questions and enrollment changes
? Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation
? Partner with managers on HR policies and employee concerns
? Maintain employee records and HR compliance initiatives
? Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR programs

What We're Looking For

? Experience working in an HR department in a Generalist capacity
? Hands-on benefits administration experience
? Exposure to employee relations and workplace investigations
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
